NEW REVENUE STREAM

WHY IS IT WORTH IT?

Running social media is a battle for attention – and merch is a natural extension of your relationship with your fans . It's not advertising, but a form of dialogue. With InfluWear , you earn from the first sale , and margins exceed typical collaboration rates. It's not just a product – it's a souvenir, a symbol of the community. When fans wear your merch, they tell your story.

The collection creation process takes from a few days to 1-2 weeks, so you can react to trends in real time.

Viral? Turn it into revenue before it disappears from your feed.

STAGE 1: INITIAL CONVERSATION & UNDERSTANDING THE VISION

1. Meeting or conversation (online/offline) with an influencer.

2. Discuss the purpose of the collection: whether it should be a personal project, a limited edition line, a brand campaign, or something for his community.

3. Determining the number of products.

4. Getting an answer:

  • What do you want to convey with this collection?
  • Who is your audience?
  • What colors, emotions, slogans are important to you?
  • Do you have visual inspirations, favorite styles, brands?

STAGE 2: MOODBOARD & INSPIRATION

1. We create a moodboard — a board with visual inspirations:

  • The influencer's lifestyle, colors, music, atmosphere, travel photos, graphics.
  • An aesthetic that fits his image (e.g. grunge, minimal, vintage, Y2K, techwear).

2. We agree on a graphic style with the influencer (handmade, vector, graffiti, retro typography, etc.).

3. We specify the scope of the collection: e.g. 4 T-shirts, 4 sweatshirts, 3 gadgets.

STAGE 3: FIRST SKETCHES & CONCEPTS

1. Based on the brief and mood board, we create the first sketches:

  • Styles + print layout.
  • Color variants, types of knits or materials.

2. We prepare 2–3 visual variants for each item (T-shirt, sweatshirt, etc.).

3. The influencer selects variants and suggests corrections.

STAGE 4: PROJECT FINALIZATION

1. After consultations, we refine the projects:

  • High-quality vector graphics (AI, PDF, PNG).
  • Clothing mockups – how the clothes will look on models/photos.

2. We prepare technical specifications for production: formats, Pantone colors, print layout.

3. We produce the first pieces for the influencer for advertising campaigns.

STEP 5: PREPARING THE COLLECTION FOR SALE

1. We forward the materials to the team that handles e-commerce:

  • We create an influencer landing page.
  • Mockups for the store website.
  • Product descriptions consistent with the influencer's message.
  • Model names, collection slogans, mini biography of the creator.

2. Together we determine the release date, communication, and promotional campaign (social, reels, drop).

STAGE 6: COLLECTION PREMIERE & PROMOTION

1. Influencer publishes premiere content (IG/TT/YouTube), tags the page.

2. Sales through InfluWear, Etsy, Amazon Merch.

3. Live Selling on IG, TikTok, FB.

4. We analyze the community reaction and first sales results.

STEP 7: FEEDBACK & DEVELOPMENT

1. After the premiere, we collect feedback:

  • What sold the best?
  • Which designs did you like the most?
  • What do customers want more of?

2. We are discussing a possible sequel or drop #2 (seasonal edition, new theme, etc.).

FAQ

Do I need experience in fashion design?

No. We work with creators of all levels—all it takes is an idea or inspiration. Our graphic designer will transform your vision into a finished project, whether you have 5,000 or 500,000 followers.

What does working with a graphic designer look like?

Each creator receives dedicated support. The scope of collaboration and the number of project proposals may vary depending on your scale and planned involvement in promoting the collection.

How many products can I have in one collection?

We define the scope of the collection individually. Micro-influencers typically start with 4-5 products, while creators with a large following can launch a larger drop or an extensive clothing line. Quality and relevance to your audience are key.

Can I influence the styles and colors of clothing?

Yes. We work with you to select styles and colors from the catalog—matching your brand's style and real sales opportunities.

How long does it take to create a collection?

From a few days to 1-2 weeks. For larger influencers or campaign-promoted collections, an expedited or personalized schedule is possible.

Will I receive mockups and visualizations of the clothes?

Yes. Each influencer receives professional mockups for social media promotion. For larger accounts, we can organize a product photoshoot or additional promotional materials.

Can I test the product before its release?

Yes. If you're planning a larger promotion or working with a large community, we'll produce samples for a photo shoot—depending on the garment type and schedule.

Can I work with my own graphic designer?

Yes. We accept pre-made designs as long as they meet our technical requirements. For larger influencers, we can offer artistic consultations with our team.

Who sets the prices in the store?

We set prices together, taking into account the influencer's target audience, product type, and quality. For larger reach, a flexible pricing strategy and varying margin levels are possible.

Does the collection have to be limited?

Our model is two types of collections:
Main Basic collections , available for permanent sale (2–3 lines), which build the creator’s brand recognition,
Limited drops – collections available for a strictly defined period of time (e.g. 5 days), with a limited number of pieces.
