What does it mean that you operate in a zero waste model?

This means we don't produce clothes "to stockpile." Each product is made only when someone orders it. We don't stockpile surplus, waste fabric, or generate unnecessary waste. We produce only what's needed—exactly for you.
Why don't you keep the finished collections in stock?

This generates unnecessary costs, waste, and the risk of overproduction. Instead, we create collections using a print-on-demand model—production takes place locally, after ordering, using high-quality base products. This is a more responsible and eco-friendly approach to fashion.
How long do I have to wait for my product?

Standard: 3–5 business days . This is how long it takes to produce from the moment your order is placed to its delivery. We clearly communicate this time with every product because we know that something special—created especially for you—is worth the wait.
Doesn't quality suffer because of the "manufacturing on demand" model?

Quite the opposite. We work with selected base products from trusted suppliers. Production is carried out using modern technologies, ensuring durability and color intensity. Production after order means freshness – not goods that have been sitting in a warehouse for months.
What happens to unsold collections?

There's no such thing as an "unsold collection." If no one orders a product, it simply doesn't get produced. That's why our collections don't sit in warehouses, go on clearance, or end up as waste. This is the essence of zero waste.
