DTG (DIRECT-TO-GARMENT) PRINTING
We use the modern Kornit Atlas MAX printer to print on T-shirts, sweatshirts and other cotton garments.
This powerful device creates vibrant, durable prints with exceptional detail and color accuracy. Direct-to-Garment ( DTG) technology is ideal for complex designs and photographic prints, offering flexibility with no minimum order requirements and fast turnaround times.
ALL-OVER PRINT
Our all-over print (AOP) products – from fashion apparel to home textiles – are created using Kornit Presto MAX , one of the most advanced single-process printing systems for printing fabrics from the roll.
This device prints directly on natural fabrics using high-quality, water-based inks , eliminating the need for pre- or post-processing of the material.
After printing, the fabrics are precisely cut using the Zünd system – a Swiss engineering solution that guarantees cutting accuracy and minimizes waste.
The combination of Kornit Presto MAX technology and the Zünd laser cutter allows us to produce seamless designs with all-over prints – perfect for brands that want to offer bold, stand-out products.
SUBLIMATION PRINTING
We use sublimation printing for polyester-based fabrics and hard surfaces coated with polyester, such as mugs or wall decorations.
This method introduces ink directly into the structure of the material, which ensures vivid, durable prints that do not crack, fade or peel off.
Sublimation is ideal for high-resolution graphics and vibrant colors, whether on soft polyester garments or specially coated products.
